1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Simplified Communications Pvt. Ltd., trading as Simcomm, registered in India (CIN company CIN), with its registered office at registered office address, line 1, city, state PIN, India.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What this site is

Information about AcuityQ™ and a way to start a conversation with Simcomm. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contractual commitment about what the product does. Where a page describes product behaviour, it describes the current release; where something is planned rather than present, the page says so.

3. The demonstration environment

demo.acuityq.ai is a separate environment operated by Simcomm for demonstration only. Using it, you agree that:

It is not a live system and nothing in it is kept. The estate is reset on a schedule and everything entered since the last reset is destroyed. Do not enter real personal data, real customer information, or anything confidential.
Its data is invented. Any resemblance to a real organisation or person is coincidental.
You will not attempt to degrade it for other users, to reach data belonging to anyone else, or to use it to process real business.
It may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Good-faith security research within the demonstration estate is welcome; the terms of that are on the security page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit anyone else's personal data through a form without their knowledge;
submit false details, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site, or use it to train a model, without written permission;
use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Automated traffic to the lead form is filtered, and submissions identified as automated are discarded. Persistent abuse may be rate-limited or blocked.

5. Intellectual property

AcuityQ™ — the software, its interface, its documentation and the content of this site — is owned by Simplified Communications Pvt. Ltd.. AcuityQ is an unregistered trade mark of Simplified Communications Pvt. Ltd.; an application is pending. The ™ symbol is used for that reason, and no registration is claimed.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own evaluation, including inside your organisation. You may not republish them, use them commercially, or present them as your own. Any other name or mark appearing on this site belongs to its owner.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — including to demo.acuityq.ai, which is a separate origin with its own session — we are not responsible for the content or practices of the destination. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability, and what we do not promise

We take reasonable care that this site is accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.

8. Liability

To the extent Indian law permits, Simplified Communications Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this site or the demonstration environment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Obligations relating to the AcuityQ product are set out in the signed agreement for it, not here. Where the two differ about the product, the signed agreement governs.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie notice, which form part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The version stamp at the top of this page changes when we do, and the current version applies from the date shown. Continuing to use the site after that date is acceptance of the change.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at city of jurisdiction, e.g. New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer law to bring proceedings elsewhere.
