Platform · Partner desk

A partner is not staff. The platform treats them that way.

Franchise partners bring business and need real tools. They are also not employees, and giving them the same workspace as an RM hands a book of customer phone numbers to somebody who may carry it to a competitor next year. AcuityQ gives them a full desk with the contact details masked.

Not a screenshot. Interface drawn to the AcuityQ design system. Illustrative data — the masking shown is the real behaviour for non-employee roles.

What it does

Six things, stated plainly

Scorecard on their own code

Revenue share, accounts opened against target, active clients, turnover and SIP book — scoped hard to their code, with the next payout date on the same screen.

Masked by default

Mobile numbers and e-mail addresses are masked for non-employee roles. The partner can work the lead; they cannot export the contact list.

Dial without seeing the number

Calls are placed through AcuityQ. The connection is made, the call is logged, and the number is never revealed to the caller.

Payouts they can check

Gross revenue on their code, their share, adjustments and clawbacks, net payable and the settlement date — broken down by product so the number can be reconciled rather than argued about.

A leaderboard that means something

Ranking against other partners on revenue, accounts, SIP registrations and reactivations, with their own position highlighted.

A real support channel

Partner requests raise cases on the service desk with their own category and SLA, so "my client’s activation is stuck" has a queue and a clock rather than a phone number.

Screen flow

A partner lead, from code to payout

The same lead object as every other source, with the scope and masking a non-employee requires.

  1. Lead added on the code

Entered by the partner or uploaded as a sheet. The partner code is stamped on it and cannot be changed afterwards.

    Partner
  2. Duplicate check and routing

The same dedupe engine as every other source. A lead already held by the house is blocked, and the partner is told it exists without being shown whose it is.

    Gate
  3. Worked with contacts masked

The partner dials through the platform, logs dispositions and moves the stage. The number is never displayed.

    Partner
  4. Account opened

Conversion is recorded against the code. The client appears on the partner’s client register with the same masking.

    Automatic
  5. Revenue accrues

Brokerage, trail, SIP incentive and interest income on the code accrue to the partner’s share, net of reversals and clawbacks.

    Automatic
  6. Payout settles

The statement is downloadable and itemised by product. The figure on the screen and the figure that settles are the same figure.

Who works here

The roles this module belongs to

AcuityQ™ is one platform. What a person sees is decided by the capabilities their role holds and the scope they sit in — see every role side by side.

Manager / supervisor

Sees the whole organisation and can drill from it to one person without changing screen. Sets targets, thresholds and escalation policy, and approves the transfers that move a book from one person to another.

Franchise partner

A non-employee, and the platform treats them as one. Contact numbers are masked, dialling happens through AcuityQ so the number is never revealed, and the scope stops hard at their own code.

Honest limits

What this module does not do

Stated here so nobody spends a procurement cycle discovering it. If one of these is a requirement, say so early and we will tell you whether it is on the roadmap or simply not our product.

Masking is not anonymity

A partner who meets a client in person knows who they are. Masking stops bulk extraction of a contact list; it is a control against export, not a disguise.

It does not calculate your commercials

AcuityQ applies the revenue-share rules you configure and shows the working. The rates, slabs and clawback terms come from your agreements, not from the software.

It does not pay anybody

Payouts settle through your finance system. AcuityQ produces the accrual and the statement that finance works from.

Questions

What a buyer asks in the second meeting

Can a partner export their leads?

They can export what they can see, which does not include unmasked contact details. Whether the export includes anything at all is a capability you grant or withhold per partner role.

What happens to the book if a partner leaves?

The code is deactivated and the clients on it go through the same governed transfer as an employee’s book — with an approval, a recorded reason, and the new owner named. Access ends the same day; the record does not move quietly.

Do partners see other partners’ numbers?

Only rank on the leaderboard, and only on the metrics you choose to publish. Nobody sees another partner’s revenue figure.
